Tony Toni Tone is ane of my fav groups, merely I always though this song was "okay".... one of the weaker ones on thier debut IMO.

I idea this was by far the best song on an otherwise

mediocre album.

Information technology's rumored that the line "things are gettin' crazy,I ain't wearing paisley" was directed at Prince. As you know,Prince was planning to sign Toni Tony Tone to Paisley Park Records only according to i of the members,"He kept frontin'",so they went to another characterization.

Allow's face it....if they had signed to Paisley Park, they would have done one anthology and faded away (like Mazarati,The Family,Good Question and others).

Really? I like their debut anthology, peculiarly the songs "Babe Doll","For The Love Of You" and the shoulda-been-a-single "Non Gonna Cry For Y'all".

Of course, their subsequent albums are superior but the debut was a nice beginning.

It was pretty decent for the late 1980s.

Andy is a four alphabetic character give-and-take.

I didn't care for Baby Doll. Information technology sounded like something New Edition recorded in 1985.

Just too teeny bopperish for me. For the Love of Y'all was decent.

Born Not to Know, Who, and Love Struck were the highlights of the album

for me. Like you said much meliorate was to come. This only isn't an album that i get

dorsum an listen to regularly. I was fortunate to get this cheap on vinyl years ago

for three dollars.

Solid debut. Pretty much ushered them in officially. That line is directed at Prince, but I recall information technology's more so a slap at him trying to sign them and then steering their career, which of course would've meant them wearing paisley. Saadiq has proven to be a solid entity in the industry.

Y'all tin call me "ROC" for curt wink

Yes same hither. but my 3 favs on the anthology would be 'litle walter',' for the beloved of y'all' and 'non gonna cry for you'. oh and 'dearest struck' was overnice too.

i idea information technology was a cool debut album likewise. they had a nice, and unique entrance into the new jack swing game with their ain style. different many other artists that sounded the same as other artits.

That's how I feel besides, the other songs on this album were far better than this one. Information technology's a cool song, don't become me wrong, just definitely not ane of my favs from them. And the video is extremely corny as hell. Information technology makes me cringe everytime I see it. confused
